The safari takes you to several national parks including; Queen Elizabeth national park to enjoy the game drives and the boat cruise as well as chimpanzee trekking. you will also visit Bwindi impenetrable national park for gorilla trekking. another park would be lake Mburo national park for a nature walk and a boat cruise as well as a city tour in Kampala.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: To Queen Elizabeth National Park

Our safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Kampala and transfer you to Queen Elizabeth which was Formerly known as Rwenzori National park. This mighty national park harbors a variety of wildlife. The park has amazing biodiversity including open Savannah , Rain forest, dense swamps , beautiful crater lakes to the enormity of ElephantsLake Edward all evidencing the gifted Uganda which is the pearl of Africa. The park harbors Savannah wildlife species that include Buffaloes, Lions, Leopard, Spotted Hyena, Hippos and the elusive giant forest hog. The primates include Chimps, Black and white Colobus Monkeys, Blue, Black Faced Red Colobus, and Red Tailed monkeys and Olive Baboons. you will also have a stop at the Equator .Here an experiment to exhibit that that is where the equator is found will prove to you that you are in both hemispheres at once and then Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Savannah grasslands seeing banana plantations and herds of Ankole cattle with their barely credible long curving horns. You will pass through the scenic country side of Ankole . A game drive en route is rewarding with a encounters of many of the flora and Fauna found in this park. Visit the crater lakes region then after retire for dinner and overnight at

Day 2 The launch Cruise along the Kazinga Channel

WildlifeOn this day of our Uganda safari, with the help of our safari guide and the game ranger, you will drive to the grazing ground of the Uganda Kob for a game drive in Search for lions in their natural habitat, as well as elephants, buffaloes and many other wildlife species. After you will have to return to your lodge for mid morning breakfast and  relax as you wait for lunch. In the afternoon you will go for a launch cruise along the Kazinga channel the waterway that joins Lake Edward to Lake George. Its banks are is crammed with families of hippos, buffaloes, with elephants which are such an interesting experience during your wildlife safari. Retire to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3 Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge

Chimpanzee-Kibale (1)After another early morning game drive, today we drive to Kyambura Gorge, habitat of chimpanzees with high expectations of  encountering with a lot of  primates most especially chimpanzee of different species, Black and white Colobus monkeys and other animals like antelopes, hyenas, Lion and many others in the middle of savanna grassland. This gorge is a home of very many bird species. By the time you return to your lodge you will tired and exhausted. You will have dinner and a good sleep in

Day 4 To Bwindi National Park.

After breakfast, you will leave for Bwiindi National Park. As you drive out of queen Elizabeth national park yu will have a game drive in the Ishasha sector to search for tree climbing lions which is an excellent spot to view lions in Acacia trees. After it will be a straight drive to Bwindi national park reaching late evening to have dinner and overnight at

Day 5 Gorilla Tracking

Mountain-gorillas (2)On this day you will Go gorilla tracking wihch will involve walking up steep densely forested hills before finally coming across the gorillas camouflaged in the vegetation. An inspiring moment! The trek takes half an hour to 5 hoursdepending on the movement of these big primates therefore you are reminded to fit enough for you to enjoy the trekking experience. This will be such splendid moment as you Sit in the forest among the gorillas, listening to them grumble to each other, and marvel at the sheer size of the dominant male; the silverback. After trekking you will go back to your lodge for lunch and for those who still have some energy this afternoon may opt to go for a guided walk on the Munyaga River trail, which is an ideal short walk. Day 6 To Lake Mburo National Park

ZebrasToday we will drive through twisted and winding roads, and lake dotted countryside, before emerging on to the lower thorn and savannah scrub lands of Lake Mburo National Park. Which is  sheltered in widespread acacia woodland, Mburo has noticeably different fauna to other reserves. Lake Mburo is the best place in the country to see the gargantuan eland antelope, as well as zebra, topi, impala, and several acacia-associated birds.The five lakes within the park draw hippos, crocodiles and a variety of waterbirds, while swamps hide enigmatic papyrus specialists such as the sitatunga antelope and red, black and yellow papyrus gonalek. where hippos are sure to come and graze around your tent tonight. Day 7 Nature Walk to the Salt lick and Canoe Ride

As you finalise you Uganda wildlife safari, you will Wake up for breakfast and go for a nature walk to the salt lick. A walk to the nearby salt lick is a synopsis of it all. The walk will offers you a chance to see at least 4 different species of animals at any one time while they lick the salty soil. Most interesting to note is that this is done without the animal’s conscience. Return to the lodge for lunch and then later go for a canoe ride along Lake Mburo. Retire for dinner and over night at your lodge.

Day 8 city tour (depending on flight time) and departure.

Take breakfast, and then transfer to Kampala for a Partial City tour and later shopping in the city craft shops or even others. Basically, Kampala is referred to as “a city on the hills” a title derived from its original location on 7 hills that offered the key points of direction and distinctiveness; some of these hills are closely linked to colonial history. Rubaga hill is the catholic center; it is where the Rubaga Cathedral is found. Namirembe hill the protestant center where Namirembe Cathedral is found. Makerere hill which houses the impressive and historic Makerere University Kampala the oldest university campus in Uganda. Kololo hill which is a diplomatic area and provides administrative offices for diplomatic missions, Kibuli the Islamic center, Mengo hill which houses the Kabaka’s palace and is a center for Buganda’s Central government and Mbuya hill where we find the biggest army barracks and hospital closest to the city center. The guide will take you around to visit The Uganda Museum/ Old town/ Bahai Temple/ Namirembe Diocese/ Rubaga Church/ Nakasero market/ African craft markets at the National Theatre. With great memories, you will say bye to the pearl of Africa through Entebbe airport.
