Wake up early for the exciting day ahead of encountering the mighty but gentle gorillas of the area. Drive to the park headquarters, Office Rwandais du Tourisme et Des Park Nationaux (ORTPN), where the park ranger will brief you, divide you into groups and escort you to the starting point of the tracking trails which you will head down with your park guide. Once the gorillas have been located, you will sit silently and watch them go through their daily routines in their natural habitat. Watch the gorillas copulate, feed, hunt, groom and play with each other. do not mimic the sounds made or try to feed them.
