AA Safaris’ guide will welcome you to Uganda, surrounding the land of warm-hearted and always welcoming people, at Entebbe airport and drive you through Entebbe town with an immediate view of beaches, local markets, and small businesses along the road till the highway.  Arrive at Lake Mburo for a  where you will see elands, zebras, giraffes, impalas along with bird species in the surrounding Savannah’s slopes and hills.

Check in to your accommodation for lunch then go to the lake for a boat ride. See hippos and crocodiles lazing at the lake shores. Close by you can see bushbucks, otters, birds in trees and shrubs. Then retire to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for game drive and boat cruise. This afternoon upon arrival start the game drive from the south part of the national park through Ishasha where you will see the famous tree climbing lions indigenous to that area of the park. See other animals till you reach your accommodation area then check in, have lunch head for a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. which gives a illusion of a game drive on water because you will see animals like hippos, crocodiles, elephants on the shores or in the shallow waters of the Kazinga Channel then watch birds sit on the waters as your boat floats by.

Have an early morning game drive which allows you to drive through trails as the wild game wake up to the new day. If you are early enough, you might see the rare leopards and other nocturnal animals before they retire to solitude after a night of hunting. Different game drive trails will lead you to see different wildlife in the parts of the savannah parkland where they spent the night.

Go for Bigodi community walk where you visit the community and engross yourself in the ways of the community especially in arts and crafts, food making, listening to folklore, music and dances. This later will give you an attachment to the area so much so that you will want to visit Bigodi once a year to relate with the locals.
