Enjoy a morning game drive through the park and see the wild savannah of Queen Elizabeth national park rise for the day around you. As you drive through the well-maintained drive tracks, watch elephants, buffalos, warthogs, hyenas, move from their sleeping places to hunting and grazing grounds.
In the afternoon, get on the Kazinga Channel for a boat ride after lunch. While on the boat ride, you can buy drinks to accompany your sightseeing hours. While on the Kazinga Channel, its shores will have hippos, crocodiles cooling off in the water, see elephants, kobs, and buffalos drink from the shores. Birders can see some bird species while on this boat ride too.
Head to Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking where these chimpanzees live deep in the rain forest. View and walk by the River Kyambura as you zero in on the wild apes’ habitat to and see the birds that stay close to the gorge. You will see other primates in the forest during the chimpanzee trekking like baboons, white colobus monkeys, and vervet monkeys.
