Day 1 - 2: Queen Elizabeth National Park, lion tracking and boat cruise

AA Safaris tours for Queen Elizabeth National Park allow you to enjoy every minute of your arrival day right from the first encounter with one of their guides at the airport pickup with a warm Uganda welcome.  To the point when you are returned to the airport for your flight back home.

Your tour will start at the airport where the guide/driver will drive you through the town of Entebbe where you will enjoy Lake Victoria breeze, see the shores of the lake as you pass beaches by the roadside then get onto the newly constructed highway that gets you into the capital city of Uganda in record time of 10 minutes.

Start the trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park for 5-6 hours, stop at the equator for a photo opportunity and a souvenir shopping at the nearby arts and crafts shops. Arrive at your preferred accommodation and check in, have lunch and prepare for an evening game drive where you will see most of the animals as they prepare to rest for the night.

Arise to a morning game drive where you track the tree climbing lions as they wake up, hunt and lie lazy on in the savannah. Study and watch other animals during the drive like carvel cats, leopards, hippos, buffaloes, kobs, elephants to mention but a few. Return to your lodge for brunch then head to explore kazinga channel on a boat cruise to see different bird species and wild game drinking water, bathing and grazing by the shores. Take beautiful photos from the boat as you bypass the shores. Retire to your lodge for dinner and sleep
