You will experience gorilla tracking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, go on a golden monkey trek, visit the Batwa community, and go on a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

On your first day, you will arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be picked up by a representative from your tour company and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore Entebbe or relax at your hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, which is located in southwestern Uganda near the border with Rwanda and Congo. The journey will take about 8-9 hours, but you will enjoy scenic views of the countryside along the way. In the evening, you will arrive at your lodge in Mgahinga.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

Today, you will have the opportunity to go on a gorilla trek in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. Gorilla trekking is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that allows you to spend time with these incredible animals in their natural habitat. You will be led by an experienced guide who will help you navigate the dense forest and locate a gorilla family. Once you find them, you will spend up to one hour observing and photographing the gorillas.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Trekking and Batwa Cultural Experience

In the morning, you will go on a golden monkey trek, which is another unique wildlife experience that is available in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. Afterward, you will visit the Batwa community to learn about their traditional way of life and culture.

Day 5: Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park
